Throughout the fourth quarter of 2021, the top business apps in Switzerland exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps.
Microsoft Teams experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 15K in late September and ending at approximately 5.7K by the end of December. Active users saw a fluctuating yet overall declining trend, from about 343K to 226K during the same period.
Zoom Workplace showed a more stable performance, with weekly downloads ranging between 4.9K and 10K. Weekly revenue peaked at roughly $397 in late November, with active users peaking at around 61K in the same week before dropping to 34K by the end of December.
LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News saw consistent weekly revenue, ranging from around $64K to $96K, with a noticeable peak in mid-December. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, hovering around 3.5K, while active users displayed a slight decline from approximately 198K to 167K.
Microsoft Authenticator had declining weekly downloads, starting at around 8.7K and dropping to 3.4K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, peaking at about 256K in mid-December before declining to 174K by the end of the year.
